Cathay Innovation has unveiled its largest fund to date—a $1 billion venture fund focused on investing in artificial intelligence (AI) startups. The fund aims to back application-layer AI companies in industries such as digital health, fintech, consumer applications, energy, and mobility. Notable backers include corporate giants like Sanofi, TotalEnergies, and BNP Paribas Cardif.
